Hi, I'm Pedro
A Senior Product Designer focused on building scalable product systems across UX, Design Systems and AI.
I work at the intersection of design, technology and automation to transform complexity into clear, structured and high-performing product experiences.
With over 14 years of experience in fintech, banking and large-scale digital ecosystems, I’ve designed solutions for companies such as Banco PAN, Itaú, Safra, Digio, Porto, VISA, Ogilvy, Uber and Greenpeace. My work connects product, engineering and business to reduce friction, improve conversion and build trust at scale.
More recently, my work has expanded into AI and automation. Through FluxAI, I design and operate systems that respond to leads in seconds, qualify opportunities and streamline commercial workflows, turning operational complexity into measurable business outcomes.
My approach is system-driven, combining product thinking, information architecture, design systems and AI to create scalable, predictable and high-performing digital products.
I’m currently pursuing an MBA in AI-Driven Innovation and User Experience, deepening my expertise in AI product strategy, automation and intelligent systems.
